"I’m always a tad concerned when others call a hotel quirky (what’s one person’s quirky is another person’s odd) but this word is very spy in a very positive way. I’ve never known such a relaxed hotel; the staff (with absolutely no exceptions) went out of their way to engage, chat, explain, facilitate… anything you could want. Early morning coffee I could take on a walk, move cars so mine could charge up, move tables so I could get a great view ( their idea not mine). As a woman travelling on her own, hotels can be daunting, unfriendly and difficult to navigate. Not this one! Yes my room was a tad noisy (but their website did warn of this) and I had to share a bathroom; I didn’t care a doodle! I will definitely be back! "

"It felt like a brand new hotel. Everything was pristine. We couldn't use the restaurant as it was fully booked. Breakfast was good though. We fell upon this hotel by accident but if we're ever back in Milford Haven we will stay here again."
