"The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were many options for breakfast. The young woman who greeted us, Marin, made the whole experience memorable. She is a gem! The gentleman who checked us out, Abdou, was equally gracious and kind. Traveling is difficult these days, but these two staff members made the trip to Toulouse a wonderful experience."

"So I gave the hotel five stars but was thinking of maybe 4.5 as one issue I had was whilst having a lovely breakfast outside my enjoyment was reduced somewhat by a influx of smokers, maybe have separate smoking bit as they didn’t care about puffing away whilst I was eating nearby. The hotel around 20mn taxi from airport and similar by tram to centre of town, it’s only couple of euros anf 2mn walk to Cartouche tram stop, there is a Halle de cartouche next to hotel was nice spot for food and drinks. Maybe avoid rooms as 701 as right next to elevator and can hear it. Staff friendly great breakfast and good price so would definitely recommend"

"This place is a little out of the way but easily reachable by car or public transport from the centre. Check in was very easy but they take a large security deposit on arrival which should be more clearly stated at point of booking. The room itself was ok and generally clean except for the cutlery, pans and plates which I needed to wash before use. Reception team are very approachable and will do everything to help. Lots of secure parking."
