Naoual is a wonderful host who responds immediately to every question. I’d suggest she create a short written description for the method to access the building and apartment, and where to park if you arrive by car. But short of a small bit of confusion mostly on our end, this was the perfect stay"

"We arrived late evening and were allocated apartment 1008. After searching, unfortunately, we were not able to find this and went back to the phone in reception and were given a different apartment which was excellent. We looked in daylight but never found 1008."
