Holiday Home Leptir is a house that will provide you with much-needed peace and relaxation for your body and soul thanks to its location. It is located in Siverić on the slopes of Mount Promina, near the Krka National Park, and is 30 km from the sea. This is a place that offers a beautiful natural environment that will allow you to escape from the hectic lifestyle and provide you with maximum relaxation and rest away from the city noise.
This rustic house offers 75 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1000 m2. It was renovated in 2021 and offers accommodation for a maximum of 6, and optimally 4 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 2 bedrooms: one has 2 single beds, while the other has a double bed. As an extra bed, you can use the sofa bed located in the living room, which is also equipped with air conditioning. There is also 1 bathroom with a bathtub.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for family and friends. The dining area has 5 seats. In the living room you can enjoy and relax while watching TV. Children will especially love the large yard, with plenty of space for play and fun, and there is also a trampoline, seesaw and basketball hoop.
On the outdoor terrace you will enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the 42 m2 pool, next to which there are deck chairs. Here you will be able to read your favorite book and socialize with your loved ones. On the terrace there is also an outdoor wood-fired barbecue and an outdoor dining table, perfect for evening gatherings and entertainment until late into the night. You can also use the guitar, which will add a special touch to your parties.
There are 5 private parking spaces in the yard.
Of the natural attractions worth visiting is Roški slap, which is 5 meters high and 650 m long. Roški slap is also known for its numerous watermills, which today house ethnographic collections, souvenir shops and catering facilities. If you want to see how grain was once ground, and at least partially avoid the big crowds, Roški slap is an excellent choice. It is also possible to see a wool processing column and a cloth washing roller - two more reminders of the former life in these areas. Roški slap and Skradinski buk are the starting points for a boat trip to one of the most recognizable symbols of the Krka National Park.
The island of Visovac, decorated with tall poplar trees and a garden with almost 200 species of plants, stands proudly on the stage of Visovac Lake.
The Krka National Park, located near Šibenik, is one of the most beautiful pearls of Croatia. Enter the heart of nature, where the miraculous Krka River, with the strokes of a skilled artist in the bare karst, has created an empire of canyons, travertine barriers, lakes and magnificent waterfalls such as Skradinski buk, Roški slap or Manojlovac. In the greenery of the park, you can explore traces of rich history on foot, by bike or by boat: the islet of Visovac, the Krka Monastery and the Roman military camp Burnum.
There are several caves in the Čikola Canyon, the most famous of which are Topla peć and the caves in Brina. Traces of human presence from the Lower Paleolithic have been found here. The Čikola River Canyon stretches from the town of Drniš to the confluence with the Krka River above Skradinski buk. Adrenaline and wind-in-the-face lovers can enjoy a view of the Čikola Canyon landscape from a completely new angle, high above the treetops and gorges.
The host is, if you wish, willing and ready to take you on a trip and show you the natural beauty of this area.
Treat yourself to a beautiful and peaceful vacation at Holiday Home Leptir and take with you memories of relaxation, peace and quiet!
