Nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty, this 3-bedroom vacation home offers the perfect retreat for outdoor enthusiasts, relaxation seekers, and nature lovers alike. With a private hot tub, stunning views, and modern amenities, this is a haven for unforgettable vacations.



The Space:

This property comprises two separate units with individual entrances. The upper unit serves as a vacation home and can be accessed through the front door on the porch. Guests staying in the upstairs vacation rental enjoy exclusive use of the outside yard, decks, and hot tub. The lower unit is occupied by a long-term tenant who has access to the garage for their vehicles and storage needs. However, they do not have permission to use the yard or decks, those are reserved for our vacation guests!



As you step inside from the covered front porch, you'll immediately feel the warmth and comfort of this well-appointed vacation home. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished, providing a cozy ambiance where you can unwind after a day of exploration. The large windows allow for ample natural light and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or take your meals outside to the back porch where a convenient BBQ awaits. Grand Teton National Park is 59 min (39.3 miles) away, with Yellowstone’s West Entrance at 1 hr 36 min (89.6 miles) and the South Entrance at 2 hr 5 min (91.7 miles). You’ll also have access to hiking and outdoor activities nearby on what’s often called the quiet side of the Tetons. Grand Targhee Ski & Summer Resort is just 22 min (11.0 miles), while Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is 52 min (35.7 miles). Driggs is 5 min (1.6 miles), Victor 17 min (10.0 miles), Jackson 54 min (34.4 miles), and Teton Village 52 min (35.7 miles). Airports include Idaho Falls at 1 hr 17 min (74.7 miles), Jackson at 1 hr 6 min (43.8 miles), and Bozeman at 3 hr 26 min (186 miles).



Other Things to Note:

SUMMER: Please also note that there is no A/C in most of the homes throughout Teton Valley. While it can get warm for a few short weeks in the middle of the summer, it is easy to keep things cool with a little "Western Air Conditioning. Opening the windows in the evening will let in the fresh mountain air, and then closing the blinds and windows during the day when you are out exploring will keep things in great shape.
