"The staff were extremely nice at this hotel. I appreciated the concern and kindness shown by Mike at the front desk when I let him know we were going to be checking out of our room early (nothing serious happened, just an unfortunate cutting short of our trip due to bad planning). He was also helpful in explaining how to buy a tram ticket. The breakfast was great and the eating area was pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located for the tram and easy to get to the train station (we actually walked to it when we first arrived, it's about a mile and a half). My only complaint is that the bed was extremely hard, which is tough on my lousy back. I'd probably stay there again because of the other great features but it would be an easier choice with a better mattress."

"Very comfortable room and parking around hotel and underground if wanted. My key card kept going ....It happens to me a lot....a d the staff were very accommodating. Only complaint was the price of the breakfast. But it was tasty. Would highly recommend as also in great central position. Was travelling solo with hound "

"Four chaps on a motorcycle holiday, we stayed two nights and it was perfect for us. Rooms were clean with good bathrooms, breakfast was great, the bar was open and if you didn’t fancy a 30 minute walk into the centre of Ypres, a taxi ride was €15. So much to see in the area. Staff were great and really helpful. Not fancy but a perfect base."

"Holiday Suites was great! In a brilliant location with a lot for the kids to do. Access was really easy, lovely restaurants just down the road and a awesome beach just a couple of minutes drive. Stayed with 2 of our kids and the apartment offers all you need for a great stay! definitely recommend."

"Stay was excellent However no soap / shampoo in Toilets I mean this is common and every day necessitates Towels was not included And Beds was not make over I mean linen was not done So basic necessities should be included Otherwise all good "
