"I stayed for an extended period of time. The owner and his sons live on the property, but you won’t see them very much. The property is SO peaceful, quiet, and safe. They’ve been working to improve it and so there’s some renovations and things here and there, but nothing that would make you uncomfortable or disturb you. "The Fox House was a very cute, well-furnished, mid-1800's home updated for contemporary living. In fact, the house is historically the first in Taylor's Falls. Great windows that looked onto large trees. Well landscaped with good night lighting and plenty of outdoor areas to relax. The kitchen was well outfitted for cooking and had all anyone would need for a short term rental. Bed was comfortable and fireplace was a nice touch. The absence of a TV was most welcome. We would definitely stay here...

"My family and I travelled to Taylors Falls for a quick getaway. I fell in love with this listing online. They were very prompt with communication, and even put a baby gate up because I was traveling with small children. It’s a beautiful place and I definitely recommend it!"

"This was a great spot for a multi-generational get together! We were close to Osceola's Pumpkin Express and Taylor Fall's Interstate Park. At the house we caught fish, built sand castles, threw rocks in the lake, played air hockey and board games. There was a lot of space for us to spread out! Tee was a responsive and helpful host. Thank you Tee!"

"Our family gathered at this Great Lake home and had the most wonderful time! The cabin is set up great-the kitchen is stocked with what we needed, there’s fun board games, the deck space was phenomenal, the sunroom our favorite spot. The deck was fantastic too! Fun beach area for our littles and the lake is peaceful and so pretty. Great spot for grilling and fantastic grill! Comfy beds! Highly recommend!"

"My friends and I stayed at this cabin for my bachelorette weekend. It was beyond perfect in every way. The host, Erin, was responsive and friendly. The check-in process was very easy. There was a house manual that explained the house and how everything works, which was helpful! There were little details in the cabin that made the stay even better. "It was so lovely for our girls weekend. The property had everything we needed. The fish were biting and the paddle boat was easy to get in the water. Lindstrom is a super cute little town with fun shopping. I highly recommend this lake house! "

"For a long weekend in the area, this was a great place for my wife and I, two of our adult sons and our dog. The house was clean and comfortable and just off a nice park trail for our pup. Kitchen supplies (spices and oils) were somewhat limited, so bring your own if you intend to cook. Pots and pans were adequate. Host supplied Keurig cup coffee."
