Spacious, close to the center and family friendly apartment in Dresden!

Fully equipped 3-room apartment with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a very large living room with 2 more beds on the sofa. For our smallest guests there is a cot and a highchair ready. The cot can be placed in both bedrooms.

The apartment is located in the district of Cotta, with direct transport links to the city center. You drive 12 minutes by tram to the castle, the kennel and the Frauenkirche. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. By car, the apartment is only 7 minutes from the motorway exit Altstadt and Neustadt. Thus, the ideal starting point to explore Dresden and Saxony.

Shops for groceries (Lidl, Aldi and Edeka) are within walking distance and to the bakery is only 50 meters. To a large organic farm "Vorwerk Podemus" one drives by car only 10 minutes.
If the kids are not tired of the city stroll, they can let off steam on the trampoline. A sandbox and swings are also willing to share.
The city of Dresden charges a tourist tax of € 6.00 per night regardless of the number of people in the apartment.
