Bed bugs. Ticks. Disgusting. Unacceptable.

To recap, first and foremost when I arrived, they sent me to a room with a key. And when I opened that room, there was already someone in it. So I literally walked in on someone in their room. They gave me a key to a room that opened the door where there was already someone staying. That’s unsafe for both of us first of all. Second of all, I woke up the next morning in the new room that they gave me and there was blood all over my bed. And this is because they have an infestation of Bedbugs in their hotel. At that point I no longer felt safe and I told them I wanted to leave. And you will see, the blood— my blood— that was all over the bed due to an infestation of bed bugs or ticks biting me throughout the night. I had to leave the hotel. I did not stay the second night. And because of that, I had to pay for one night in another Hotel in Dresden. The hotel promised me a refund. At this point two weeks later. The hotel is unresponsive and right now, hotels.com is refusing me a refund. I stay with them all of the time. I can’t believe that they would allow this experience to happen and then not process a refund simply the hotel won’t respond. Horrible.

Wir haben bei der Abreise Kopfhörer 🎧 im Zimmer liegen gelassen. Leider wurden diese nicht bei der Zimmer Reinigung an der Rezeption abgegeben. Schade! Außerdem war die Armatur des Waschbeckens defekt. Wasser lief aus.

Super Place, wenn man nach einer Show im Carte Blanche war. Gleich nebenan, sehr praktisch. Zimmer extravagant, ruhig und war alles da, was man benötigt. Wir haben gut geschlafen.

Etwas für Leute, die das Besondere lieben. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr ausgefallen gestaltet. Von rustikal über Pop Art, ein Hauch Hundertwasser und verspielt barock wurden aber nicht die Dinge vergessen, die ein gutes Hotel ausmachen. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit als wir noch eine Aufbettung brauchten und alles andere war total in Ordnung, auch der Preis ist angemessen.

Übernachten wie im Theater

Zimmer ist im Barockstil eingerichtet. Mit Himmelbett und Sesseln. Entsprechend einer Theaterkulisse. Direkt neben dem Travestietheater gelegen. In der Nähe ist die Alternative Ausgehmeile mit vielen internationalen Restaurants und jungem Publikum. Viertel ist studentisch geprägt.

Das Zimmer ist nicht mit den üblichen Standardhotelmöbeln ausgestattet und trotz der Nähe zur Louisenstraße auch am Wochenende und nachts angenehm ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Backstage Hotel in Dresden ist ein Wohlfühlort der besonderen Art, nur unweit der Elbe gelegen. Top Zimmer mit exclusiv abgestimmten, königlich anmutendem Mobiliar! Ein kleiner Balkon und ein kreativ gestaltetes Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche und einem Touch von musikalischem Flair der besonderen Art. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist vielseitig und sehr lecker! Zu Fuß ist das Zentrum mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 45 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Touristen Ticket, dass wir im Hotel erwerben konnten, gelangten wir für zwei Tage in den Genuss von Straßenbahn, Bus und Bahn! Eine Stadtrundfahrt ist ebenalls lohnenswert! Alles in Einem: Ein toller Aufenthalt in einem hervorragenden Hotel. Das dazugehörige, angrenzende Theater Carte Blanche bescherte uns einen unvergessenen Abend! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!!!

Langsames, manchmal gar kein Internet. Frühstücksbuffet ohne Früchte und Joghurt (sei grad aus), am ersten Tag zuwenig Brot. Was uns aber sehr überrascht hat war, dass die Rezeption ab ca 15 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt war. Glücklicherweise kamen wir rechtzeitig an. Von einem Hotel erwarte ich schon, dass die Ankunft auch nach 15 Uhr erfolgen kann. Wir waren 2009 bereits einmal in diesem Hotel und hatten gute Erinnerungen und wählten es bewusst dieses Mal. Nun sind wir sicher das letzte Mal da gewesen und werden es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bra hotell.

Hotellet är helt ok. Bra rum och sköna sängar. Läget intressant. Utanför stadskärnan ca 30 minuters promenad i fin omgivning. Det tråkiga för vår del var att Tv inte fungerade nån av dagarna och att man inte fick nån kompensation. Kan tycka att man borde slopat parkeringsavgift som goodwill. Finns ingen hiss så inget för den som har svårt att gå i trappor annars ett mycket trevligt hotell.
