Man erreicht sie gut über eine Aussentreppe. Das und die Innentreppe sollte man beachten wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen und ein paar schöne Tage in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse zu verbringen.
