"The desk is big enough to work with 2 Laptops. To login to WiFi with a company Laptop with high security restrictions take is little special. You need to get Mac Adr. & IP from a) your laptop and b) your WiFi station and fill it in the adressline of your browser. A not secured laptop goes easy. But this procedure take just a few minutes if you are used to such. A mechanical request was sorted in no time by the hotel. Fair people."
