"Checking in was quick and easy. Or room was soooo nice, I was pleasantly surprised. All staff that we encountered were kind and helpful. The food and drinks were really good. My only complaint is that there’s no water machines in each floor lol just ice. "

"I chose this business for a short stay based on previous reviews. I am not sure what people considered clean, but that was not what I found. The floors were dirty, and most of the surfaces in the room appeared to be cleaned with dirty rags. The sheets and pillows had burns and spots on them. The refrigerator was dirty. I asked for a room change, but I found the exact same issues in the second room. I took photos but the camera did not highlight the problems. I was promised a refund (pending), and I booked another hotel. "

"I booked 3 rooms for the weekend and all of them has bed bugs. We could not sleep at all, I had multiple bedbugs bites and went down at 3”2am asking for another room which they did But it had the same problem Bed Bugs. We decided to leave around 6am and had to come back around 10am to ask the manager for a refund which he was already aware because the night Receptionist asked for a refund of my money because he was aware of this problem. Terrible experience in this location."
