"We had issues with leaking and didn’t have a sofa or bed for the 2nd night. The lady we’d been in comms with throughout check in and who had been texting us all the rules then totally ignored us. I’ve since been told her phone wasn’t working which I find strange. And then no attempt to make up for a spoilt night away. "Ideal place small family. We used it as a place near to Alton towers which is only a 10-15 min drive. A lovely setting very relaxing. There is everything you need for a short stay. Room for improvement.. but don’t most places? Would go back again"
