"The hot tub was adequate however a little dirty. The property is old and feels dated and a little dingy. The staff are all nice and welcoming. It's the definition of a cheap hotel so I have no real complaints."

"Pet friendly facility which is fine but it was not stated a dog show was going on before booking room. Our room smelt like a pet store. Hair on everything. If the beds were any harder they'd be plywood with sheets on them. For the cost of the room I was not impressed and actually did try getting a refund 10min after checking in but everywhere was booked out."

"The doors in the room (bathroom/bedroom) are very difficult to open. The handle is odd and we kept locking ourselves in accidentally. Other than that, rooms were clean, staff was great, beds were soft! "

"The room was not clean. I’m 90% sure the bed sheets were not washed. There was hair EVERYWHERE inside the bed sheets, smudges on the tv base, dirt and dust and dried French fries under the desk area and in the corners near the walls. There was a piece of dried up gum on top of the cabinet, and there was a booger on the shower floor!! The elevator was covered in smudgy fingerprints. The carpets in the hallway and near the elevator were filthy. I went to the front desk, the lady was helpful and did give me a set of sheets, but I had to make my own bed. She apologized and told me the housecleaning staff had already been yelled at that day for doing a horrible job. She said then hair was in the sheets because the lint trap on the dryer wasn’t working right- well the hair was all on one spot, localized into specific areas, like someone whose pajamas were covered in dog hair and walked all through it had climbed into bed. Although, I’m not sure it was actually dog hair. The bed was ok, but cheap. It’s like they decided to turn a newer hotel into a cheap motel, but still charge prices like it’s a nice place. The check-in paperwork made it seem like I was visiting a prison inmate. It is a newer facility but it turning ghetto quickly"

"It was good the grounds could use some care. As it’s not really setup for dogs to walk. There are weeds and goat heads everywhere. They charged my cc twice for the pet charge. Not sure why? I’ll call and find out. "

"The breakfast options were wonderful! The room was very roomy, comfortable and nicely appointed. It was nice to see the traveling pets! The staff was efficient and welcoming. The proximity to the Mountain Expo Center, shopping and restaurants was perfect for my needs."
