"The AC and safe in the room were not working properly. A professional associate arrived with in 10 minutes and corrected the problems. And, (now this is funny) I had a terrible problem with a dress zipper .... going to my nephew’s wedding and my husband could not figure it out. I called the front desk to ask if a lady was available to help since my husband could not figure out this problem. She arrived in 2 minutes or less....and was able to zip the dress....I was very appreciative of...
