"Manolis is a great host who genuinely cares about his guest and ensuring they have a great holiday. The property is fantastic with amazing views, great place to relax. But also only a short drive to restaurants/shops in Kissamos and Chania. Our children loved the outdoor cinema and pool, the outdoor space is great for families. "The property was just right for us. The drive up the mountain is not for the weak of heart though as most of the climb is on steep and narrow roads. That said, most folks take it slow and work together to get where they need to go safely. The view was stunning and the atmosphere relaxing. Pool was key. We did not stay long enough to use the grill or pizza oven but it was fun to have. "

"What a beautiful property and what a beautiful, extreme professional staff the only exception is the swimming pool situation when I’m seeing kids defecating inside the pool and that was a turn off for the experience, not be able to use the pool because of what I’ve seen between dirty diapers and parents tried to hide the kids number one and number two it was very, very, very upsetting. Overall the hotel is very nice. but for that reason alone, I will never come there again, especially when it’s a vacation resort and I would like to use the facilities, especially the pool "

"We have had an amazing experience in Phos Hotel. Great service, people at the hotel were always smiley and willing to help you. Breakfast was great and there is option to also have a drink or eat at the bar of the main pool. The swim up hotel room was TOP. Silent, clean, great pool… I would have never left. We 200% recommend this hotel! Additionally there are many restaurants in the area at walkable distance so no need to take the care every day to go out for dinner, unless you want to go to Chania."
