"Location was excellent with easy walking everywhere. However this building is very rundown and needs major upgrading and maintenance. The entry stairs are steep and dangerous. Our shower was nice but the doors came off their rollers. Cupboard doors didn’t close properly, furniture was inconveniently placed, the fan over the stove didn’t work, and there were no instructions for a microwave which was unlike any we’d ever seen. The kitchen did have a wide variety of utensils and the apartment was reasonably clean."

"Easy key entry. No entry time restrictions. Upon arrival there the towels in the room were not fully dry. The incense in the room was over powering. The rooms are small but for an overnight fine. The morning coffee was in much need of more coffee in it."

"This apartment was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood is very walkable with dining spots just a 5-10 minute walk away. The views are gorgeous and we loved waking up here each morning. The apartment was very clean. The host communicates clearly and responded to our messages very promptly. This apartment has a full kitchen. The bathroom even has a laundry washing machine. This space was perfect for our 3 day trip exploring the northern reaches of Iceland. Highly recommend for future travelers."
