"The house and neighborhood were beautiful and felt safe. It was the perfect location for my little family. We tried some of the recommended food locations and they did not disappoint. I marked communication as a 4 star because I wanted to let the property owner know a few things we noticed upon arrival. "There were 8 of us. The house is very spacious and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths we were able to spread out and have our own space. Mariella, the owner, was extremely helpful every time we had questions. She even took the time to put fresh cut flowers on the table and entryway! Such a thoughtful touch! "The neighborhood is transitional. But we did feel safe! The location could not have been better! Ten minutes to the zoo, fifteen to the aquarium. Fifteen to twenty to ruby falls. "Overall it’s a great rental, I do wish there was a very high top lock on the “kids” room with bunks. Since there is a door that goes outside in the same room. With small kids that can open doors this made me a bit nervous having them in there. Also, twin beds def need upgrades. Otherwise we liked it."
