"Stayed here for three nights. Room is fine, but my credit card information was stolen the next day I checked out. This is the only place I use with that card during my whole trip to Taiwan, so I'm pretty sure something's wrong with the concierge. Please be careful when you leave your credit card information to them."

"Average clean room, nothing special. Not close enough to shops and amenities. The air-conditioning is not powerful, it won’t drop below 20. On hot Taipei days, this is really insufficient. We called the front desk for pillows that weren’t flat and were told that he couldn’t get us any then but will the next day. We heard nothing more. Three of the four pillows were extremely flat, which means they were either very very old and used, or they were just poor quality pillows. Not up to any hotel standard. Will not stay here again."

"It’s a beautiful, grand, and spotless hotel. Very spacious and well designed room. We had buffet breakfast here daily. There was a very large selection of food (meat/seafood, soup, dumplings, congee, fruits, salads, cheeses, pastries,…) which was satisfying and by far the best overall hotel breakfast offered (France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, S. Korea, Japan that I’ve been to). Very courteous and efficient staff to assist at any time. "

"Our room had a beautiful view of the road and the tree line. The buffet was delicious with great variety. This hotel is attached to a mall so it can get busy. There were a lot of people there for business and for weddings."

"Could have used a glass but this is a great hotel. Came with fridge and microwave and some cutlery. Great location across from the mrt and Taipei 101 was down the street. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Fabulous for longer stays."
