"The Darling is a beautiful and luxurious hotel. We had a wonderful experience here that began with the lovely lady at check in who was so nice, polite. friendly and extremely helpful. We were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and had booked a beautiful Stellar Suite for 2 nights. As we opened the door to our room, to our surprise, we realised that we had been upgraded to one of the amazing Penthouse suites!! "The pools and slides were fantastic and a real highlight for the kids. The facilities for families are definitely a strong point of the resort. The room itself was quite dated. We also noticed a few cockroaches in the room. Overall we had fun but probably will not return. "
