"The hotel was good. But Hotels.com advertised it was a tub/shower combination and it was not. I was specifically looking for a hotel that had a tub and the reason I booked it was because the hotels.com website indicated it did. Also, they did not mention the valet/parking fees. "

"It was our anniversary and birthday celebration. Randy at the front desk upgraded us to a corner suite. Heather at the bar was fantastic, best drinks. The breakfast was good but the kitchen was a little slow, not the servers fault. Tony our server was very nice. I was hesitant to stay there because of the parking at $48 dollars a day. But glad we did. Everyone was very nice. Arch and Cardinal stadium just a quick 10 - 15 minute walk. No much to do around there in the evenings, except to go...

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
