"I was hesitant at first because I typically stay at more modern hotels when in the Spokane area, but the vibe and customer service made this property shine. We were at the property for graduation and everyone was so kind from wait staff, bartenders, front desk staff. The gym is great, highly recommend taking advantage of allllll the amenities, when we had a challenge with the temperature control in our room the staff quickly made adjustments to our window. There was a nice open space for our family and friends to gather. The property was in easy walking distance of many sites and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and are thankful to the staff. Ps we loved learning the history of the property "

"The only thing that bothered me was the inability to keep the bathroom door open. I travel alone and am a bit claustrophobic. I would be more comfortable with it open."
