"The Hyatt Place is a great place to stay. It is centrally located to enjoy a baseball game and tour the Embarcadero. The rooms were immaculate and the staff superb. They were very customer service oriented, helpful and extremely friendly. Staff members went out of their way to accommodate our needs and provide information about the area when asked. "No A/C. Small like old"

"Charming hotel with dispersed amenities. Ice machine on one floor, water dispenser on another, and a vending machine on a separate floor. Parking is about $30 a night, and is gated and guarded, which matters in the Tenderloin district. Great location, friendly staff. No microwave or refrigerator in the room, but they have Keurig machines. We got hit with a mystery $60 "accomodation fee" which wasn't listed on Expedia."

"Entire staff were friendly and efficient, from the restaurant staff, to the cleaners, & front desk. Clean environment with plenty of towels and amenities. Felt safe with access to the garage/outside hotel. Only little thing was I had to go all the way down to the lower level to get free water."
