"Great location next to Central Park. When I visit again I will stay here again. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. 5 stars!"

"Staff was helpful. Hotel is worn out and expensive"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"The hotel was beautiful and clean! The staff was extremely kind."

"Excellent option."
