"The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The room was clean, tidy and odorless as well as organized. The conditioner bottle was just lying in the tub upon our arrival. The adhesive obviously gave way. This was reported to the front desk representative upon checking out. He stayed he would report it to house keeping.
