"Beautiful, historic hotel. Clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit of a challenge, however. Valet is $50 tip! Honestly, that took the fun away from our stay. The Swann restaurant in the basement was nice but overpriced with mid-level service. I had the mahi and for $40 expected a more exciting dish. I had to go find my waiter for salt. Wine choices were very good. Positives and negatives of the stay but overall, I’d recommend."

"The staff was great, ver helpful with answering questions about the city. Restaurant had good food and atmosphere. Loved being surrounded by so many wonderful works of art. We would definitely stay again... it's such a vibe. "

"The hotel was unique and had an interesting entrance off the street. The room was dark and did not really have a good view but the bathroom was very nice and the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of dining options that were walkable which was nice. "

"Wonderful hotel. Fantastic spa. We splurged for the $150 per hour bowling. So fun. The only disappointment was the valet parking. We had planned to self park. When my husband dropped us at the door, the valet asked if we had spa reservations. We did in fact have two. He said valet parking was free then, so we had him valet for us, instead. We got our ticket validated at the spa. When we checked out and got our car, we found out valet is not free as we had been told. So $47 later, we had to pay...
