"The lobby is beautiful and the conference room looks nice. I didn't need to use it but appears well set up. They have a nice bar and patio area. There is a walking path around the pond in back. The room was very nice and comfortable. I've been to a few hotels where the lobby looks great but the rooms are rough but not here. This will probably be our go to hotel nest time we visit Kansas city. "

"Convenient, easy, and very pleasant, with facilities to help you recover quickly from a long-haul flight (gym, pool, restaurant etc.) Wifi worked well, too. Breakfast was pleasant. The restaurant and waitress were very nice."

"Service staff were very professional, super friendly and helpful. We travel with service dog and it is not a good location if you have to take your baby out frequently (green space was hard to find) We were in ADA room, due to service dog and close to elevators but bed was very hard and low to ground. Good location and easy to get around. We would stay there again."

"It’s a really elegant hotel, but the location is full of homeless and mental illness, if I had to guess I would say a lot of crime happens close to this location. Just be prepared!"

"Stopped over for a Royals game enroute to Omaha for the College World Series. Showed near the ballpark, and it was. Short walk to avoid traffic and parking. Hotel has been comfortable! Would do this again! "
