The only complaint would be the pool was green/closed (end of May 2024) and had to request blanket/comforter for the pull out bed. The cover was delivered quite quickly though. Breakfast was nice and morning staff very friendly. "

"I had to change my own bed linens. They smelled like someone had already slept on them. Small towels looked unclean. Only had two in the room. One hand towel. I was in a handicapped room. I really deserve a refund."

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Started with the stench of weed when walking in the door due to front desk employee smoking. Elevator out of service, bathrooms out of service. Got to the room (booked a king room and received a double queen instead) and it was filthy, in disrepair, no bed skirts, cigarette burns in sheets, 2 flat pillows on each queen bed, roaches in bathroom and crawling out of fridge, no towels of any sort, food left in dresser drawers, running and jumping from upstairs on 3rd...
