"My room was definitely very quiet. The staff were all friendly and greeted you with a smile. Location was okay. Room was clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Some other hotels can be quite stingy with these items. However my air con wasn't blowing cool air. I stayed one night so didn't bother mentioning it. My door lock was jamming so either couldn't lock or unlock. Staff were quick to respond and tried to fix it as best they could. "

"The place was filthy, needed to cleaned and sanitized, no good, smell urine. The receptionist is smoked inside. Checked in the room wasn't the same as it advertised, very dangerous, window install fixed metal bars. 😠😠😠👎👎👎. Overall is very bad. "

"This is a very nice hotel in a good location in District 1. A bit difficult to find by the address. But a quiet location with secure parking for motorbike. I don't like to leave bad reviews or make negative comments however, I stayed a total of 6 nights and room was only cleaned once after i personally asked to have it done. Daily I would leave and hang the "make up room" sign and almost each day that was done I would return to see the sign had been turned over to the "do not disturb side" but...

"After a long, tiring flight, the last thing you need is check in problems. The staff hardly speak English and they do not appear to have a proper reservation system. When I arrived, they did not have any record or knowledge of my booking and that I had prepaid Expedia. After long discussion in sign language and pointing to my Expedia Itinerary, they said OK they will check it out on the internet and took my itinerary from me. They did not even check my passport. I stayed just the one night...
