"The front staff where very friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for your car well before your ready to leave it takes about a half hour to get your car..I had room 308 on the penthouse floor it was goo, except for what appeared to be black mold on the cieling all along the one side. The shower floor was not to clean and the drain is plugged. The view on the ph floor is great facing the cathedral. All and all it is a decent stay. Beds and pillows are harder than I like. Location is a 10...

Our room was comfortable and the location of the hotel near the GDLuz festival was ideal. Staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Parking was not included but a lot they use is only a block away. Recommend."

"It’s only just ok, nothing too great… got a room with no AC but then I was moved to one with an AC and a view. Stayed in a suite, the room was big and had a good view of Ave Juarez once we got moved. "
