"Such a charming and relaxing property! We admired the location by the fountain and the bricked-in courtyard. There’s a back deck surrounded by dense, colorful foliage with a serene view that makes it seem you’re not even in the city. "

"Lovely, clean, quiet unit with gorgeous views of the SFbay from the Berkeley side. We had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to many places on Shattuck. "

"The property was as depicted in the photos. It was an excellent place for our adult daughter living in the area to join us. Our pooch, Rocco, was thrilled to be able to join us too!Quick walk to Safeway, coffee shops and restaurants. Short drive to the many museums and parks. Chris was responsive and welcomed suggestions. We would happily stay here again!"

"This place was the ideal location for us visiting our daughter in college for her graduation. Simone thought of everything! The kitchen was well equipped, as where the bathrooms and bedrooms. The backyard was a plus. We would definitely stay here again."

"Getting checkin directions required us to call VRBO to get the host’s phone number. The host never made contact other than the single texted instructions initiated by us (frantically, bc we couldn’t confirm if we had a place to stay for a week over Xmas!). Zero contact or response via VRBO. You can hear every footstep and conversation upstairs. And we know the tenants were trying to be quiet because we met them. Would not recommend. Passenger exit from car is on the mud."

"Perfect little home for our family with a beautiful courtyard and great location. "

"We loved staying at the apartment. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs unit for a short work trip. Both apartments were well- and distinctly-decorated and proved to be great places to both work and relax. The neighborhood is quiet at night and was a great place for a morning run even in the rain. Very smooth check in/out process, overall great experience!"

"Beautifully decorated, light-filled second floor apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had good cookware, the beds were comfortable, the living room had an amazing cherry tree right outside the picture window! We really liked this house. The back yard was a nice place to sit in the afternoon sun."

"The house was clean and Luis was amazing. He worked with us to make sure our parents who are elderly got in the house as soon as possible to rest after a long drive. He was so fast at responding and vey knowledgeable of the area with suggestions to enjoy our stay. Thank you Luis."
