"I’m not one to usually leave reviews but there were some things that were a bit crazy. The elevator being the main one. There are about 5-6 elevators and only one was working. And not only that, there was zero information posted or given about it other than “they are a little slow.” Well they are a little slow because only 1 works. For something like 19 floors of guests. The front desk made no attempt to explain or address it and apparently it’s just normal because no one seemed to care…at all....
