One look at the hotel lobby (about 100 square feet) and front desk completely behind billet proof glass and you will turn around and leave. Booked 2 rooms. TV in one room did not work, shower in the other room did not work. Park on the street (good luck) or a garage 3 blocks away. "

"The property listed is not at all the actual property. This is a switch and bait. The outside door was not working properly, when we went to breakfast we had to wait 45 minutes before someone can and let us in. When I called about the door issue, I was told that it was a known issue. "

I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost because he refused to refund me. I also missed a bunch of the convention. HORRIBLE."
