"I love El Cuervo: Its ambiance is cozy but not too stuffy or pretentious. I can walk around the neighborhood safely, which is a huge bonus in downtown Abq. I'm not a huge fan of the online check-in process, but that's a personal preference, and Stephanie was easy to reach and extremely patient with me. Thank you!"
