"We stayed here for 5 nights in April 2025. It is EXACTLY as charming as thd photos suggest. Located on W92 St close to the subway (1/2/3) we consistently got to Time Sq in 15 minutes from walking out the door. At the same time, the area is very safe and quiet, making it the perfect retreat from the mayhem! The property owner is fully contactable at alm times and cannot be more accommodating. An excellent choise, fully recommended."

"The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...

"Check in was good , but I didn’t know it’s a shared bathroom, the room was okay it’s a nice brownstone but the baby mice kept me up through out the night the mice crawled up the screen and I was eye to eye and couldn’t believe what I was seeing, this could be a great spot but please take care of the mice, I actually had to shine a light near the stove so they wouldn’t come out"

"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the East River with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline, and Brooklyn Bridge. There were also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay!"
