"This is a no-frills hotel, and we booked primarily because of the low price, but we liked it well enough that we will probably return. Good: Microwave oven, in-room Keurig machine, clean room, everything working properly, new flooring in our room--not sure about the other rooms. Average: Close to highway but surprisingly not too loud, tiny bathroom (but in decent condition and clean) So-so: Loud in-wall AC unit...but it kept the room comfortable Average: "

The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

My sister caught a fish. I went kayaking for the first time. House was clean. Beds comfortable. Foos ball table and pacmantook us back to our childhooddays. Strongly recommend!childhooddays. "

We did cook an guests had any thing u needed to cook with we did get take out from a place in Branford called 0ur place pizzeria ate left overs for 2days awesome .
