"Genuinely SO impressed. Tons of space, beautiful condo, well-kept. Property manager was responsive and helped us check in an hour early. Great location; just a short walk (albeit uphill) downtown and to the beach. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend. One suggestion to owner is to add nonslip pad to the living room rug. We all slipped several times and eventually just moved the furniture on top of the rug to help hold it in place."

I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep. April has done a very nice job of refinishing the hardwood floors and converting this former Arthur Murray dance studio into a very nice, and very large apartment. Our group of 4 were all adults and we had plenty of room in this unit. Although we did not need to use the kitchen, it is completely updated, and has newer appliances for any cooking needs.
