"We had a several day event at the Topeka Capitol building. The house fit our needs well. It was clean and had good parking for 2 possibly 3 cars in driveway. The beds were comfortable and towels soft."

"So comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The only misleading thing was the description said there was a hot tub which there isn’t. A plus is the zoo is very close and a great family outing!"

"Clean and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suite accomodated our family needs perfectly for two nights. It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer for stays of longer duration. Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. The bedroom closest to the street had some street noise, but pretty quiet through most of the night."
