"Let me start by stating that I do not ask for much in a hotel. All I ask for are clean sheets and a generally clean room and a quiet place to sleep as I typically do not spend much time at the hotel beyond sleeping. "Great location and perfect for our base for a trip to The Big Apple! 5 minute walk to Brick Church train station and less than 30 minutes later we were in Penn Station in Manhattan! The place was clean and updated. The in apartment laundry was a great feature. There was only 1 parking space reserved but there were several spots behind the Family Dollar. The host was great with communication."
