The evening staff and checkout staff was friendly. However before checkout time the maintenance staff came to my room a d knocked on the door, even agter answering and telling them i was in there they just opened up the door. Never have i ever stayed at a hotel where the staff just rudely opens your door.

We arrived at 130, unable to check in before 3. Upon entering, the partially open door revealed an unpleasant odor, bugs in the desk, a dirty toilet, no toilet paper, and non-functional electrical sockets.

Booked 2 rooms. Both not very clean. One probably wasn’t used in quite a while. There were dead bugs on the floor. The staff did come clean the floors. The beds only had a flat or fitted sheet and a top blanket. The next morning saw some live bugs crawling around. It was very gross.

I don't know where to start when I checked in there was a junkie in zombie mode in the lobby the hotel room was clean but very poorly maintained the TV was leaning on the table the drawers had trash in them the microwave had old food in it there was no toilet paper no batteries in the remote or a back for it the bathroom shower was nasty didn't use it the bathroom door looked like van damn kicked it in the best were clean but no blankets just a sheet all in all a bad experience would not stay again

The only reason why I have 2 stars because the front desk staff was nice and welcoming. Other than that, do not waste your money here. The pictures they have on here look nice but it’s just a polished turd. The room smelt like smoke in a “nonsmoking” room. The 2 queen beds only have 2 pillows each on them. The bathroom could have had better cleaning done. The room was poorly cleaned, there was food “stuff” all over the dresser. They needed to use the mini refrigerator to keep the bathroom door open. The AC unit looked like it had seen better days. It was a very quick decision for my wife and me to find a new place to stay for the night. In my opinion I would spend the extra money for one of the hotels close by.
