"This was perhaps the most unclean and unsafe lodging we have ever seen. The poor lady at the front desk tried to be helpful and we looked at 3 separate rooms, all of which reeked of smoke and mold problems. We refused to stay and found another hotel in the area. Because we booked through Expedia, we were told they could do nothing and we would have to report our problem back to Expedia for a refund. Still in the middle of that problem resolution with Expedia support. "
