"Our stay was excellent and exactly as advertised, we had a fire on the patio next to the water each night and it was the peace I needed on our getaway. We had our own private dock that we were able to fish from and tan on with the chairs provided for us. Such a cute and beautiful lake and friendly people in the community. We loved Old Town and the Bangor area. Tiffany was super helpful and friendly, she made us feel super comfortable. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and the pillows are SO comfy!!! I will 100% be returning to stay at Lloyd’s cabin, and am so appreciative that they let us spend our Fourth of July weekend here!"

"We had a lovely stay at this adorable 1920s era cabin right on Sebec Lake. The lake was surprisingly quiet and peaceful for 4th of July weekend! The cabin was clean, well appointed, and had everything needed for a fun weekend getaway! The lake views are stunning! "

"I stayed here with my sibling and some cousins and it was excellent. The camp has everything you need, was very tidy, and spacious for its size. The view was beautiful and the porch is a great place to hang out. "

"Nice property with plenty of basic household essentials provided. Only a few minor things such as the outdoor sensor light for driveway to see walking down steep steps to front door was malfunctioning. It would turn on when you get to the steps for about 3 seconds before shutting off another 3 seconds before back on (this cycle repeats 3 times before you are just in darkness). This is pretty dangerous on these steep stone steps so be sure to carry your own light to navigate. The door handle to the dryer was broken as well, but handle was still sitting on top to figure a way to hook together slightly to be able to get door open. Our dock also appeared to be the only one with no ladder so once the kids juno in at the end they had to walk all the way back the length of the dock to step out. Other than that the house is very well stocked with basic essentials. Plenty of dishes and tupperware. Very clean and plenty spacious for our family of 7. "

"It was clean and comfortable. The lake is gorgeous. Fireworks over the lake on the 4th. The two kayaks provided were a special bonus and so much fun. An unexpected gem in rural Maine!"

"Beautiful home right on Moosehead Lake with stunning views. Plenty of space to entertain with a lovely kitchen with up to date appliances and also a washer and dryer. Included kayaks for recreation! The bathrooms were very clean. Overall a wonderful stay and a wonderful home. It was beautiful to start and end the day with a sunrise and sunset from the loft bedroom. It was the perfect piece of paradise without being too isolated as we had neighbors next door. We also were less than 5 minutes from the small downtown restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. My spouse and I greatly enjoyed making our coffee and enjoying the balcony and dock. while we didn’t actively use the dock we did hang out on the chairs there to watch the loons and other birds.A few things to note preference wise if you book- if you have a messed up back such as myself I reccomend sleeping in the downstairs bedroom. The loft mattress was a bit too soft for my back and exacerbated my lower back issues.- If you’re a light sleeper like me, depending on the time of year you may want to sleep in the downstairs rooms only because the loft bedroom has no doors and the windows facing the beautiful lake have no blinds. Important because during June the sun was rising at 4 in the morning and if you’re a southerner like myself you will forget that the sun rises earlier in the day and sets later because of the geographic location of Northern Maine. This isn’t specific to this home it’s more so to the area in general. "

"Everything came as advertised! A tranquil location and quiet, home was well equipped and clean! Even managed to boat a few salmon. Lunch across the lake was great, easy to get to. Thanks so much for sharing your home! "
