"They catfished us! What the room that we booked, looked like in the pictures, were not even close to the room we were given. All the lights were on when we walked in like if someone was just in there and the room needed some serious deep cleaning. Our charger ports didn’t work, and the AC kept having malfunctions. The only reason why we didn’t mention something the night of check in was because it was already super late, but definitely mentioned before check out. I will never come here again, nor will i be referring anyone. "

The suite was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom had a spa tub. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommend The Wilshire Grand Hotel."
