"Room was exceptionally clean, no dust on top of the TV etc. Room is very elegant, as well as the entire hotel decoration. Staff were very friendly. Accommodation in the room were very nice. Mini fridge has a working freezer. Shampoo and shower gel were of high quality, doesn't leave cheap dry feeling on your hair or skin. Definitely get the bathtub room! And don't miss the breakfast part! The stay was so comfortable I decided to extend an extra day since I was so tired from walking the Alishan. Simply put, it's not just an overnight stay, it's a true resting spot."

"四人房空間ok可以平放4個29寸行李箱， 房間整齊，但是床有點太硬枕頭太軟，不知道是不是床單沒有很乾淨， 我與另外一位長輩有輕微皮膚過敏起紅疹，過了幾個小時後有好轉，服務人員很熱情，樓下有餐廳可以吃懷石套餐。"

"The location is not near the train station or high-speed railway station, but you can take a bus or taxi to the hotel. The problem is that soundproof was not good, so you would hear the noise from outside."

"The hotel was spotlessly, clean, the pool and hot tub on the rooftop were wonderful, particularly when you watch the sunrise. The rooftop bartender was engaging and entertaining, very fun. The staff at check-in and check out efficient, kind, and delightful."

"Spacious and clean rooms, but no elevator. The only one set of complimentary self-service laundry was very old. The dryer was especially inefficient. Strict visiting rules (one hour limit) for visitors of guests."
