"We stayed only for 1night so the room we had was old school. I mean old school . Not up to date with furnitures , charging stations/ compatible adapters. The room was clean , good staff , free breakfast, pretty good. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to restaurants, AMC Movie Theater , Taco Bell’s/ Chick Fil- A / Dutch Village, shopping mall, they have a pool / fitness center, as I walked around the premises, I can see the hotel has renovated in some area like the lobby/ dining area. Elevator. I’m assuming if you stay longer , might get a better room thats up to par. Eventhough the room was vintage , we slept well and showered fresh."

"Circa grandparents - If Tinkering Tom and Service Sue had a Motor Inn - Starlight be its name! CLEAN. If original is not paintable, fixable or cleanable it was new. Pool, hottub and firepits with wood bundles. Coffee and carb room or walking distance is Pennyroyal for a full breakfast. Suggest local taxi for downtown Saugatuck shopping, boat rentals and dining since traffic is heavy and parking is sparse. Perfect get away for two, couples or extended F&F gathering."
