"This rental is not ADA compliant. Fairly steep steps to the front door with no hand rails. No Counterspace in the bathroom for toiletries. The tub could use a grab bar to hold onto because the tub is slippery. The train tracks are near by and blows its loud whistle every night, waking us up. The bed is comfortable and the unit has a washer and dryer in the kitchen. A fenced side yard has a patio table and 4 chairs and gas bbq. The unit has a very nice modern full kitchen. We learned from other reviews to turn on the hot tub as soon as we arrived to let it warm up. That worked well until the technician from the spa company turned it all off and reset it to summer settings. He also had concerns regarding the chemicals. It took us over a day to get the hot tub reset and...

"Loved this property!!! Was a little scary driving down the road at night but once we found the property it was very nice and peaceful! There is a cute town 20 minutes away so not too remote but still away from too many people which was really nice!!! Property was also very clean and communication with host was fast and easy 😁"

"The start was little off for us when Google maps directions threw us off (don’t take the OLD Poker Barn road) and ATT cell reception was spotty , but fortunately connected with Bryan and got in without any more fuss. House was perfectly located in front of the river, all amenities available, very peaceful and our pets had the most fun as well. We got some great family time bonding…. Checked out local historic landmarks, old towns etc… overall great trip and wonderful place….."
