"The location was perfect for our trip. Branford is a very quaint town with lots to see and great places to eat. We came back to CT from SC for our son's wedding on the shore by the ocean and a baby shower at Stony Creek Brewery. This cottage is in the perfect location and has huge potential! It is definitely a diamond in the rough.Thank you so much for providing the chocolates, croissants, butter, coffee and flavored creamers. It is definitely a thoughtful touch. The view from the kitchen, dining area and deck are breath taking. We loved being able to see the boats in the marinas, the wild life in the yard, which included bunnies and deer. My son loved fishing from the shoreline and also taking his kayak out. We used to own rental property and always want to know if our clients had any issues we needed to be aware of and take corrective action, Unfortunately we did encounter a few ants in the kitchen. You might want to consider having a professional exterminator treat the property. The air conditioner does a great job of cooling the down stairs. We recommend cleaning it though. There is a lot of visible dirt and may be contaminating the air. I recommend placing a full length mirror on the back of a door so your clients are able to see how they look. We were there for my son's wedding and a baby shower. It would have been nice to be able to look in the mirror prior to leaving for the events. Thank you again for letting us stay in our property. "This home was perfect for a quiet stay on the Connecticut coast. Every couple had their own bed and bath. Beautiful view. Very clean. Open floor plan. Lovely area to walk or jog. If we return to this area, this is where we will stay! "

"The house is as described, warm and inviting. The beds are comfortable as is the living area to gather. The host was wonderful with communication, help and assistance before check in and after we arrived. The location is lovely with outstanding restaurants to walk to for dinner and an incredible beach path at the end of the street for morning coffee and truly gorgeous views of the water. Our stay was perfect!"
