Weather was hot and room in roof required windows to be open to encourage air flow but unfortunately let in rather too much noise from busy road and very active frogs in the river. However, enjoyed otherwise excellent bedroom and on suite facilities, WiFi, and very enjoyable breakfast. "

"I wish we had longer to stay. The Château has been renovated with all the modern comforts you need. Lovely bedrooms, big bathrooms and beautiful views across the countryside. Steven is also a friendly and welcoming host who makes the best English tea, his own jams and bakes pastries daily. Nearby towns (10 mins drive) have excellent restaurants also if you want to venture away for a meal, incl a Michelin starred. "
