"My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "The room is very spacious. Every morning they provide a delicious croissant and bread roll for breakfast. Communication with the staff members there is easy. Parking is available for a fee. Very close to Gewiss stadium. Walkable to both the old and new parts of the city. Rooms facing the road could be noisy at night but they provide ear plugs. They also are very helpful and allow us to change to another room facing the courtyard. "

"Fabio was extremely discrete and helpful to us during our stay. He made life easy with a detailed "instruction manual" that explained everything we needed to know to about the house, from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic and the private parking spot is super handy. We spent many evenings on the pier just staring at the lake.
