"La piscine est très petite et elle a maximum 3 pieds d'eau. Vraiment bizarre de s'y baigner. Une chance l'eau y était fraîche. Lit confortable mais oreillers non. Ce fut extrement difficile d'avoir notre bouteilles de mousseux, mais on a finalement réussi apres avoir insisté 2 jours. Ils disent ne pas en avoir mais il y a une carte dans la chambre où on peut en acheter. Un coup que nous avons apporté la carte à la réception pour dire que c'était un non sens, ils ont finalement accepté de nous en faire livrer une. Je les remercie. 😊 Quand même bien situé, mais les attractions sont pas mal plus loin que mentionné sur le site."

"The rooftop bar and pool are fabulous with incredible views over the city. Nice breakfast and my room was really comfy and roomy. Loved the location right off La Rambla and it’s an easy walk to Placa Catalunya subway which makes getting around very easy. Very environmentally conscious property. Would definitely stay here again!"

"W Hotel Barcelona got it right. From the pool, beach and amazing staff, to the included breakfast that really had amazing food. If you just want to go from the beach to the pool, to the room; this is the place to be. The hotel makes you feel like you don't even need to go out to have fun. Drinks by the pool and beach made this great, but the staff made it amazing. They were so attentive and attention to detail and well mannered. Can't wait to get back and stay longer next time."

"Lovely hotel in Barcelona and a great location distance-wise to all the attractions and beach. Great amenities in the hotel. Gym was fab. Rooftop pool and bar were a brilliant place to chill out after exploring all day. Great 360 view. Rooms bright, clean and modern although the cleaning could be haphazard. We had to ask for towels a couple of days as they had been taken and not replaced and not everything in the room got refilled every time but the cleaning was great every day. Reception staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and were helpful to speak to at any time of day or night which was lovely. However be aware that it’s not the nicest part of the city. There were a lot of homeless, drunks and others in the immediate vicinity and it didn’t feel comfortable to me or my teenagers being outside, this is compared with other neighbouring areas. A couple of guests reported jewellery being stolen from them in the street outside which is a shame for such a nice modern hotel."
